Welcome to Spend IRL. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By using Spend IRL you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Spend IRL lets you buy, send, and receive digital gift cards using cryptocurrency. You must follow these terms and any rules posted in the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to use the services offered on Spend IRL. By creating an account you confirm you are eligible to use the service.
Create your account with an accurate email and password. Keep your account information and wallet credentials secure. We will never ask for your seed phrase. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Payments are processed using supported crypto networks. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain it cannot be reversed. Always confirm the correct coin and network before sending funds. The payment window and accepted coins will be shown during checkout.
Gift cards and redemption codes are delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Codes are issued according to the brand provider terms. Codes are typically delivered instantly after confirmation but timing depends on network conditions.
Gift cards may be region restricted and can only be redeemed where the brand allows. It is your responsibility to confirm the correct brand region before purchase.
Once a code is issued it is non refundable. If a payment fails and no code was issued, you may place a new order. If you believe a payment was sent incorrectly, contact support with the transaction ID so we can investigate. Recovery of funds is not guaranteed.
We may apply daily, monthly or per transaction limits. Larger purchases may require identity verification. Verification is required to increase limits and to comply with risk and security checks.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges that apply to your purchases. Network fees charged by blockchains or wallet providers are separate from Spend IRL pricing.
All content on Spend IRL including designs, text, images and trademarks is owned or licensed by Spend IRL. You may not copy or use our intellectual property without permission.
If you post messages, comments, or other content, you grant Spend IRL a license to use that content to provide and promote the service. Do not post content that violates laws or third party rights.
We may link to or integrate third party services. We are not responsible for third party terms, performance or content. Use third party services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spend IRL provides the service as is and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 90 days prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Spend IRL and its officers harmless from claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for security reasons. Termination does not limit our right to pursue other remedies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
